Junior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer
allpay Limited Nov 2025 — PresentDiving into my first infrastructure role, I have been hands-on from day one — deploying and managing proxy servers, standing up WSUS for patch management, and writing PowerShell scripts to automate Azure environment discovery and feed data into our source of truths. I have also built automation thats directly contributed to cost savings in the cloud. On top of that, I support software developers with pipeline deployments and have been carrying on-call responsibilities for the past two months — a real sign of the trust built up in a short space of time.
Information Security Advisor
John Finch Computers LTD Nov 2024 — Nov 2025As one of two in the InfoSec department, I was the go-to for all things day-to-day cyber security — guiding client businesses through achieving Cyber Essentials certification, handling security incidents, and acting as an escalation point for our service desk engineers. I built up solid hands-on experience with secure configuration and MDM management, wearing a lot of hats in a small but impactful team.

Zzoomm Mar 2023 — Jan 2024Kicking off my IT career as an apprentice, I got stuck into the fundamentals — handling tickets, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and building out Windows and Android devices. I progressed quickly enough to be promoted out of the apprenticeship early into a full technician role.
Customer Assistant
Morrisons Nov 2021 — Feb 2023During my time at Morrisons as a Customer Assistant, I handled cash transactions, kept shelves stocked, and made sure every customer left happy. I picked up strong people skills, a sharp eye for detail, and learned how to stay on the ball in a fast-paced environment.
